What this notice covers

This notice explains how Fernbrook Health Partners, Inc. handles personal information collected through brainysavior.com and through our support channels. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

What we collect

When you order: name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the details needed to fulfill and support the order. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's encrypted checkout and are never stored on our systems or visible to our staff. When you email or call: whatever you tell us, plus the record of the conversation. When you browse: standard server log data and basic aggregate analytics.

Why we use it

To take payment, ship your order, answer your questions, process refunds, keep accounting records required by law, and detect fraudulent or abusive ordering. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Only the parties who need it to complete the job: our payment processor, our fulfillment and shipping partners, the carrier delivering your parcel, our email service provider and our accountants. Each receives the minimum required. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses only what is necessary to make pages work and to count visits in aggregate. There is no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking pixel on these pages. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time without breaking the site.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing email addresses are removed on request immediately.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep, and unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the message or by writing to us. Requests go to [email protected] and are answered within thirty days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to opt out of sale, which is straightforward here because we do not sell data.

Security and children

The site runs over TLS, checkout is handled by a PCI-compliant processor, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
