Shipping, tracking and returns for Brain Savior orders

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Average United States delivery is three to six business days, and every order gets a tracking number by email.

How orders are processed

Fulfillment runs from our partner warehouse and orders are picked in the sequence they arrive. Weekend and holiday orders go out on the next business day. You will receive two emails: a confirmation when the order is placed, and a tracking notice when the carrier scans the label. If the second one has not arrived within two business days, write to [email protected] and we will look it up.

Shipping costs

• Two-bottle package: $9.99 flat rate shipping.
• Three-bottle and six-bottle packages: free United States shipping.
• We currently ship to the fifty United States, including PO boxes and APO and FPO addresses. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses can take longer.

Tracking and delivery problems

Carriers occasionally mark a parcel delivered a day before it appears, so the first thing worth doing is checking with anyone else at the address and looking wherever the carrier usually leaves things. If it is still missing 48 hours after the delivery scan, contact us. We open a trace with the carrier and, in the meantime, we ship a replacement rather than make you wait for the investigation to close.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening anything further and email the photographs. Damaged or incorrect deliveries are replaced at our cost.

Returns

Returns are handled through the 180-day money-back promise. Contact us first for instructions: in most cases we do not require the bottles back, which saves you a trip and a postage cost. If a return is needed, the address is 2 Reads Way, Suite 118, New Castle, DE 19720, and it should only be used after you have received confirmation, because unannounced parcels cannot be matched to an order.

Address changes

We can change a delivery address before the label is created, which in practice means within a couple of hours of ordering. After that the parcel has to be redirected with the carrier, and we will give you the tracking number to do it.
